Cost share and co – ownership

Paying crew (regardless of skill level)
25 euro a day incl very basic food
(Or 20-30 depending on your skill/work contribution)
(Not including marina fees, port/entry fees or diesel) (We try to avoid all of that as much as possible)
(You/we may want to pitch in extra 3 euros a day for more fancy food)

Shareholder daily fee = 10-15 euro a day (depending on circumstances)

If you crew longer than 6 weeks you need to be a 1% shareholder (=600 euro)
3-6 months = 3% (1800 euro)
7-12 months 5% (3000 euro)
13+ months 7% (4200 euro)
24+ months 10% (6000 euro)
Captain must always be 10% shareholder
Captain never pays more than 10 euro a day, if possible.

When you leave, your share can be sold to next person joining (or keep your share and join again later)
Shareholders vote according to % on issues regarding the project.
We aim to maintain and keep the value of the boat.
All people on board must deposit a return-fare sum of 500 euro or show a valid ticket (the boat is legally responsible for you to be able to leave the country where you disembark)
A deposit for possible “marina fees, port/entry fees or diesel” costs of 100 euro a month.
All fess paid in advance.

Aim for always have a crew of 6 (two has to be a couple, due to double berth)

You can book a “leg” buy registering, getting approved and paying.

Type of sailing
We aim for natural anchorages, close to nature.
We aim for clear water.
We aim for sea mammal encounters.
We look for diving opportunities.
We like good food and hanging out with other travelers. 
We fish
We may invest time and endure uncomfort to reach interesting spots
We read books and talk about things
Good if you can express yourself through music.
We constantly repair.
We avoid marina (fees) but sometimes we need it.
We avoid starting the engine (but sometimes we need it)

Crew personality
– Make sure you know that you can handle seasickness
– Be interested in learning basic crew skills
– Non smokers, no drugs, moderate drinkers.
– No room for clumsiness.
– Honest and generous would be great
– Have your VISAs in order
– Preferably fluent in English (this is a social experience)

The boat is currently in Sweden and part of the boat is owned by an association based on a farm that you can visit as a shareholder.
